◀ Setup Instructions ▶

Initial Setup

TIP: Extract your files into whatever folder you already keep your VCC project files in- stay organized!

Step 1) Select all three .zip files provided with your purchase, right-click 'part 1' and extract using WinRAR or 7zip

Step 2) The resulting folder will be your project file- open this as an existing project in the VRChat Creator Companion (VCC)

Step 3) Using VCC, update project components as needed by clicking 'Manage Project'

Step 4) Open up your project- opening for the first time may take a while!

Additional instructions can be found in the READ ME files provided with your purchase and can also be found inside your project in the same format- please read them carefully and follow all steps!

Please note that if you intend to rebake your lightmaps you will need an NVIDIA GPU and a copy of Bakery GPU Lightmapper

Scene is set up FOR BAKERY by default and those who use the Unity Lightmapper will need to set lighting up on their own- expect variations in quality and visuals from the featured photographs

Please watch the tutorial video as it contains valuable and important steps to ensure your lights will work properly

Baking is not a requirement but is still a suggested skill / ability when making major changes to a scene

In-depth help for baking with Unity's Lightmapper cannot be provided
